The rooms were big and very clean. Great selection of tv channels as well including HBO. What made this hotel exceptional was the staff. So accommodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew was continuously replenishing the food bar and cleaning up after every single guest. This is a pet friendly hotel and it did not smell or look like some of the other pet friendly hotels I have visited. Location was convenient, but certainly not a picturesque area. The town of Batavia is a good spot to use as home base for travel to Rochester, Niagra and Letchworth State Park. There were a ton of restaurants and stores to choose from in Batavia.

It would not have been a problem, except the two coffee pots were empty and no eggs. The staff occupied a large table eating in view of people finding no coffee. They were aware, but .made to effort to remedy the situation. I had to ask for coffee after they went back to work.
